Who we are
This website, tripleridgelabs.com, is operated by Triple Ridge Labs ("we", "us"). We build and maintain custom software for businesses.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of project, your approximate current software spend and your message.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical details with form submissions: the country your request came from (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider) and your browser's user-agent string. We use these to spot spam and abuse.
- Spam protection: our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person, not a bot. Turnstile processes limited technical signals from your browser to do this.
- Website analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as page views and referring sites. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Security logs: like most websites, our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare proposals and estimates you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookie-free. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site and the contact form.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores contact-form submissions and provides security, spam protection and analytics.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site; your browser requests them directly from Google.
- Our email provider receives notifications of new inquiries so we can reply.
These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond, carry out any resulting work and maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. To make a request, reach us through our contact page, and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Security
We use reputable infrastructure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
